Welcome!

I was inspired by my best friend to start a blog.  You can find hers here: Jana's Blog.  I've debated this for a very long time, but finally decided that it could be fun, so why not?  I had a long debate with myself over what to call this blog, and ultimately, what the theme of it would be.  I'm quite a random person, so settling on any one thing seemed kind of boring.  So, this blog will be a conglomerate of all the things I find interesting:  Cooking, baking, cake decorating, children and child raising, homeschooling, arts and crafts, home decor, cleaning and maintenance, and anything else that I find appealing.  The title that I chose to sum all of this up, "The Orange Kitchen Adventures,"  was chosen because I have an orange kitchen, and it seems to me that the kitchen is the soul of a home.  All the good things and the brunt of daily activity happen there, so it seemed to me to be a good summation of what I want to do here.  So anyway, welcome to my blog!  I hope you enjoy reading this.  God bless!
